The Regional Government Council, through Resolution no. 222/2026, has authorized the expropriation of land plot no. 8, part of the project for "Access and Safety Infrastructure in the High Areas of Sao Roque - 1st Phase (Jamboeiro - Galeao - Bugiaria)".
The expropriation, declared to be of public utility, involves a total value of 8,919.98 €. The owners of the land are Antonio Manuel Pita Rentroia, Jose Pita Rodrigues Rentroia, Joao Jose Pita Rentroia, Rui Paulo Pita Rentroia, and Ana Maria Pita Rentroia. The Regional Secretary of Finance has been mandated to sign the respective public deed.
