Regional Government appoints representative for Viaexpresso and Vialitoral general meetings
The Regional Government Council, in a plenary meeting held on April 1, 2026, appointed the Head of the Cabinet of the Regional Secretariat for Equipment and Infrastructure, Raquel João Martins da Silva, to represent the Autonomous Region of Madeira, as a shareholder, at the general meetings of two important road concessionaires in the region.
- Concessionária de Estradas Viaexpresso da Madeira, S.A.: Representation mandated by Resolution no. 197/2026, with the meeting scheduled for April 10, 2026, at 12:30 PM. This resolution revokes the previous Resolution no. 126/2026.
- Vialitoral - Concessões Rodoviárias da Madeira, S.A.: Representation mandated by Resolution no. 198/2026, with the meeting scheduled for April 10, 2026, at 12:45 PM. This resolution revokes the previous Resolution no. 127/2026.
The representative will have the power to intervene and vote on all items on the agenda, which include the assessment of the 2025 financial statements and the management of the respective companies.
